Title: Payroll Coordinator
Location: West Hollywood, CA

Work Arrangement: Onsite – No remote option
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a high-volume payroll processing environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with Oracle payroll systems (required) – not ADP
- High school diploma or GED (minimum education requirement)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processing in a large, high-volume environment with strict timelines.
- Utilize Oracle payroll systems to process, review, and reconcile payroll data.
- Research, process, and resolve employee payroll issues submitted via service tickets.
Provide support on:
- Garnishments
- Support and levy orders
- Missing pay or pay errors
- SDI integrations
- Escalate complex payroll issues to the core Payroll Team as necessary.
- Ensure strict compliance with payroll regulations, tax laws, and internal HR policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling payroll data.
- Deliver excellent customer service to employees and managers regarding payroll inquiries.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all actions taken and provide updates to Payroll Management.
- Work independently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
Required Skills
- Oracle payroll system experience (required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of:
- Payroll operations
- Payroll taxes, compliance, and regulations
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
