Onward Search is seeking a Project Manager to support HCP contracting and external engagement across International Immunology Marketing. This role ensures seamless physician engagement experiences through organized planning, contracting, and execution of advisory boards, consultations, and related initiatives. This is a year long + contract, hybrid in Mettawa, IL.
Pharma agency experience highly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage consulting plans and maintain engagement databases
- Oversee consultant contracts, ensuring timely execution and compliance
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (compliance, events, account management)
- Track activities, manage documentation, and support payments/closings
- Optimize processes using tools like Smartsheet and Excel
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of project management or operations experience
- Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional projects
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and process optimization skills
- Experience with Smartsheet/Excel and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
