This is a contract remote role for a Freelance Writer at Mallolas Group. The Freelance Writer will be responsible for creating content related to restaurant concepts, food & beverages products, and wine for distribution. Daily tasks include writing articles, developing marketing materials, and creating engaging content for various platforms.

• Excellent Writing and Content Creation skills
• Experience in Food & Beverages industry writing
• Marketing and Branding knowledge
• Research and Interviewing skills
• SEO and Digital Marketing understanding
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in restaurant or food-related writing is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communication, or related field
