EHS/Fleet Safety Manager
We’re a growing distribution company seeking an experienced Safety Manager (EHS) to take full ownership of safety across our organization, with emphasis on fleet and warehouse operations.
The Role
- Lead and manage all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs company-wide
- Develop and standardize safety protocols across multiple distribution sites
- Ensure OSHA, DOT, and regulatory compliance
- Drive a safety-first culture through leadership, training, and employee engagement
- Conduct investigations, risk assessments, and implement continuous improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven EHS leadership in distribution, logistics, or transportation
- Experience managing safety across regional or multi-site operations
- Strong knowledge of fleet and warehouse safety practices
- Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills
- Safety certifications (CSP, CHMM, etc.) a plus
