Job Title: Entry-Level Recruiter
Location: Waco, TX (In-Office w/opportunity for remote but must be in office 3 days a week min)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing team in Waco. This is a hybrid role, with the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely. You’ll learn how to identify, attract, and onboard top talent for our sales and marketing team. If you’re someone who loves talking to people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to play a key role in building a winning team, this position is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruiting cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Post job ads and actively search for qualified candidates using multiple platforms.
- Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews (virtual and in-person).
- Assist with onboarding and ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the team.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify hiring needs and meet weekly recruiting goals.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking systems.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- No prior recruiting experience required—training will be provided. (Experiences in Sales, Marketing or Customer Service a plus)
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred but not necessary.
- Phone etiquette
- Some technical experience in email, docs, sheets, presentations.
