As a sales associate, you serve as a customer relationship manager earning a competitive commission on every sale you complete. Unlike other roofing companies, Franco Roofing enables its salesforce with leads at no charge. We believe that our salesforce is our strength and as a united team we can improve our neighborhoods, one roof at a time.

 

What does a week in the life of a Franco Roofing Sales Associate look like?

• Start the week with a hands-on team meeting to collaborate and prepare as a team.
• Receive pre-set targeted neighborhoods and qualified leads throughout the week. Our sales associates are responsible for canvassing and serving our pre-qualified client list. Each sales associate will conduct a residential roof inspection, present their findings to the homeowner, and educate the homeowner on the different paths to a roof replacement.
• At the end of each day, our sales associates are responsible for entering their active clients into our tracking software and follow up with clients until they can seal the deal.

Franco Roofing compensates its sales associates through commission pay based on performance, experience, and consistency with the opportunity to become a salaried employee. The average commission earned per job is $1,200. The average job takes about 4-5 hours of project managing total. Franco Roofing also provides annual trainings and will train you within the first 90 days of onboarding.

 

Requirements: Valid driver’s license, willingness to travel locally, self-motivated individual with or without roofing or sales experience, and willingness to get on top of roofs.

 

Pay Potential: $85,000+ per year
