Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Recruiter to join our internal recruiting team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring ambitious professionals to join SRI’s growing team of Business Development Consultants and Recruiters. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about people, excited to launch their career in recruiting, and eager to make a real impact in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand internal staffing needs and job requirements
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and campus outreach
- Screen and interview candidates for professionalism, motivation, and role fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring leaders
- Manage and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support the onboarding process and ensure new hires have a smooth transition
- Represent SRI’s values and brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Participate in employer branding efforts, career fairs, and recruiting events
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Communication, Psychology, or related fields)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with a desire to learn and grow
- Comfortable with multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment
- Passion for recruiting and connecting people with meaningful careers
- Prior internship or work experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales is a plus but not required
