Base pay range
$55.00/hr - $65.00/hr
Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Early Stage Senior Project Manager in Juno Beach, FL. Duties Include:
- Responsible for managing the early stage project support and daily coordination of Engineering, Estimating, and Supply Chain resources through the Early Stage activities for Wind and High Voltage projects within Engineering Division
- Duties include the critical coordination of highly matrixed project development teams to ensure resources are focused on the right early stage activities and to ensure projects moving to the stage of development can be turned over to the Project Manager with an executable plan (including schedule, budget, risks and mitigations, etc.)
- Day to day activities as the Early Stage Senior Project Manager include coordinating engineering, estimating and procurement teams, development of the project's technical scope, coordinating with other project leads for environmental/regulatory permitting, land acquisition, interconnection support, scheduling, etc.
- Competitively source, select and contract geotechnical, survey, engineering and services
- Support the cost estimating team with assumptions and delivering financial model inputs to the respective business units
- Generally responsible for representing the company's interest on assigned projects, including presentations/briefing on current progress, issues and risk mitigation in meetings with various levels of management
- Current portfolio of projects spans the US and Canada
- Senior Project manager may be assigned a team of project managers
- Senior Project manager will be responsible for career growth, coaching and accuracy of the team members assigned
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management with experience in related engineering of energy projects
- Excellent project management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with high voltage and wind projects with a strong bias for action oriented performers having solid business/commercial acumen
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
