14026 Early Stage Project Manager, Solar/Wind (Onsite) Juno Beach, FL Start Date : ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration :12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Clients site. No telecommuting or remote work.
Required: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Clients site in
Juno Beach, FL (required);
For 18074: Experience in related engineering and construction of renewable energy projects;
Project management experience;
Experience with high voltage and wind projects;
Bachelors degree in engineering or construction management
Preferred: EPC wind experience
For 18069 and 18070: Financial and data analysis experience;
Construction, Energy Industry, and/or Solar experience;
Project management experience;
Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering
Responsibilities :
Manage the early stage project support and daily coordination of Engineering, Estimating, Supply Chain and Construction resources through the pre-construction (Early Stage) activities for Wind and High Voltage projects within Engineering and Construction Division (E&C).
Coordinate highly matrixed project development teams to ensure resources are focused on the right early stage activities.
Ensure projects moving to the construction stage of development can be turned over to the construction Project Manager with an executable construction plan (including schedule, budget, risks & mitigations, etc.).
Coordinate engineering, estimating and procurement teams.
Develop the projects technical scope.
Coordinate with other project leads for environmental/regulatory permitting, land acquisition, interconnection support, scheduling, etc..
Competitively source, select and contract geotechnical, survey, engineering and construction services
