Andover Manor Rehab and Nursing is seeking a compassionate Dementia Care Coordinator to fill a full-time position in our skilled nursing facility. This is an exciting and energetic position to provide a variety of meaningful activities for our elders daily.

As the Dementia Care Coordinator, you will:

• work with the Director in creating programs that are tailored to the needs and preferences of our residents
• provide hands-on involvement in activities and events
• ensure support and safeguard the dignity of those in our care

Don't forget...

• Social, recreational, activities experience of at least two years required this experience must be within the last 5 years
• Prior experience working with patients/elderly required.

• Degree in Recreation or previous experience as a Recreation Assistant or Director is preferred.

• A positive, outgoing, upbeat personality is a must.

• Strong organizational & planning skills; ability to multi-task.

• This is a direct hire position; we do not go through an agency.
