Define and drive the product roadmap and strategy for digital platforms.
Translate business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and business teams to develop and deliver innovative digital solutions.
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and data insights.
Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to continuously improve product performance.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and competitive landscape.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of digital initiatives through Agile methodologies.
Act as the voice of the customer, championing user needs throughout the development cycle.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to iteration.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between product strategy and organizational goals.
