Criminal Defense Attorney - Federal Court
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Criminal Defense Attorney to join our team at our San Jose office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in criminal defense, with a minimum of 7 years of experience handling a wide range of criminal cases, including Federal criminal cases.
Qualifications:
- Active license to practice law in California.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in criminal defense, with significant trial experience.
- Experience representing clients in Federal Court.
- Excellent negotiation and courtroom advocacy abilities.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Commitment to client confidentiality and ethical practice.
