Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on member satisfaction , sales growth , and service excellence .
Drive branch performance , including member engagement , business development , and community outreach .
Ensure compliance with all credit union policies , regulatory standards , and financial controls .
Foster a culture of accountability , professionalism , and continuous improvement .
Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives , marketing campaigns , and operational enhancements .
Utilize strong analytical , problem-solving , and decision-making skills to optimize branch performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in financial services , retail banking , or credit union management .
Demonstrated success in leadership , team development , and performance management .
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting member and community relationships .
Knowledge of lending , deposit operations , and financial products preferred.
