Construction & Real Estate Litigation Associate (Mid-Level)
Location: Indianapolis or Minneapolis
Direct Counsel is seeking a mid-level associate to join a nationally respected Am Law 100 firm with a strong and growing Construction & Real Estate Litigation practice.
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex construction and real estate litigation matters across the country, including high-stakes commercial disputes, contract claims, and development-related litigation. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience and a strong interest in building a long-term practice in this space.
Key Qualifications:
5–7 years of experience in construction and/or real estate litigation
Excellent writing and analytical skills
Strong academic credentials
Ability to manage multiple matters effectively
Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
Licensed and in good standing in Indiana or Minnesota, or willing to seek admission
Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $220,000 – $290,000 , depending on experience, training, and geographic location. This range is part of a comprehensive compensation package, which includes discretionary and productivity bonuses, health and wellness benefits, life and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
