We are hiring a Commission Advance Underwriter to review real estate deals and approve funding for agents. Your main job is to verify that sales will close successfully and commissions are earned.
What You'll Do:
Analyze real estate contracts and closing statements.
Check title reports for any issues that could stop a sale.
Confirm agent commissions with brokerages.
Approve or decline advance requests quickly and accurately.
Communicate with title companies and agents.
We're Looking For Someone With:
Experience in underwriting, especially from a title company.
Strong knowledge of real estate transactions and documents.
A sharp eye for detail and risk.
Ability to make fast, confident decisions.
