We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of construction projects. This role involves developing construction plans, managing project components, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring client satisfaction from start to finish. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Qualifications

• 6–10 years of construction experience
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Familiarity with BIM processes, software, and tools
• Proficiency in ProCore or scheduling software
