We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Project Manager to provide leadership and oversight on complex projects from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle—including pre-construction services, mobilization, execution, and close-out—while coordinating closely with and supporting Superintendents. The Senior Project Manager will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project-specific guidelines.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, strategic communication, and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery that aligns with organizational objectives and standards of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Superintendents, owners, design partners, and vendors to coordinate project activities.
- Review submittals, RFIs, and construction work to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
- Manage contracts, procurement, and permits to support project execution.
- Provide regular progress reports and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative team environment through effective leadership and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience in construction.
- Proven track record of delivering large, complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and related construction tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
