Position Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused In-Home Comfort Advisor to work with homeowners to assess their heating and air conditioning needs and provide personalized solutions. As an In-Home Comfort Advisor, you'll be responsible for running marketed leads, conducting in-home consultations, and presenting solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
· Run Marketed Leads: Follow up on generated leads, schedule appointments, and conduct in-home consultations with potential customers.
· Conduct In-Home Consultations: Assess customers' HVAC systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide personalized recommendations.
· Present Solutions: Present customers with tailored solutions, including equipment options, financing options, and indoor air quality solutions.
· Build Customer Relationships: Develop strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service.
· Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
· Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on HVAC products, systems, and technologies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
· Data Entry: Accurately enter customer information, consultation results, and sales data into CRM software.
· Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including dispatch, installation, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:
· Sales Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.
· Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of HVAC systems and technologies is preferred and not required
· Organization: Ability to manage multiple leads, appointments, and customer interactions.
