Job Description
We’re looking for reliable subcontractors for ongoing residential cleaning jobs.
Types of Jobs:
1. Routine / General Cleaning ($0.10 per sq. ft.)
Example: a 1,000 sq. ft. unit pays $100
Vacuum, mop, sweep all floors
Wipe countertops and surfaces
Light dusting (furniture, shelves, etc.)
Basic bathroom refresh (sink, toilet, mirror wipe)
Kitchen wipe-down (counters, stovetop, appliance exteriors)
2. Deep Cleaning ($0.20 per sq. ft.)
Example: a 1,000 sq. ft. unit pays $200
Includes all general cleaning PLUS:
Full bathroom scrubbing (showers, tubs, grout, fixtures)
Detailed kitchen cleaning (cabinets, backsplash, appliances)
Baseboards, doors, vents, and trim cleaned
Fans, light fixtures, and high areas dusted
Spot-cleaning of walls & high-touch surfaces
Extra time on buildup, stains, and neglected areas
Requirements:
Must have own transportation
Must supply own cleaning tools, equipment, and products
Can work solo or with a team (you provide labor)
Reliable, detail-oriented, professional
Cleaning experience preferred, but not required if quality is high
Be willing to travel all over GTA
Pay & Structure:
Paid per square foot (Routine/General $0.12 / Deep $0.25)
