Role Overview
We are seeking a Structural Engineer to support new construction, restoration, and investigative work across commercial, mixed-use, and parking-related projects. This is a key role for a self-motivated engineer ready to lead technical design, support project coordination, and mentor junior staff.
Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design of steel, concrete, masonry, and wood systems
- Produce and review construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD
- Utilize structural software tools such as RAM, RISA, STAAD, ETABS, or Enercalc
- Lead project coordination with architects, consultants, and clients
- Conduct field investigations and assist with forensic and remediation scopes
- Contribute to schedules, budgets, and overall project delivery
Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Structural emphasis)
- 5–10 years of U.S. structural engineering experience
- Strong command of IBC, AISC, ACI, and other structural codes
- Proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD and structural design software
- PE license preferred or the ability to obtain within 12 months
- Excellent communication skills and project leadership capabilities
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
