CONFIDENTIAL CEO SEARCH

An established organization in South Carolina is partnering with AppleOne to conduct a confidential search for its next Chief Executive Officer. We are seeking a visionary leader with a strong operational and strategic background. This person will build on an established legacy of service that is poised for its next chapter of transformational impact!

This organization’s mission is rooted in caring for the community and helping people. It’s next leader should have established connections and be highly regarded in the Midlands of SC. This person will be an advocate for the organization and involved with various community partners such as healthcare providers, elected officials, boards and councils, state agencies, nonprofits and more.

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:

• Executive-level leadership experience (Executive Director, COO, or equivalent)
• A proven track record of managing complex organizations
• Deep understanding of overseeing budgets from $5M-$10M
• Experience in public health and human services is a plus
• A collaborative, transparent leadership style with a passion for team and community development
• The ability to work closely with a Board of Directors, lead quickly and provide sound judgment for decisions
