Job Description
Award-winning restaurant in central Virginia is currently in search of a chef to handle all daily operations of an intimate dining room, focusing on Appalachian and southern cooking using a modern and international pantry.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining two decades of relationships with local farmers a producers.
Writing and maintaining a small, focused seasonal menu.
Maintaining guest and staff relationships.
Scheduling both front & back of house.
Setting and maintaining cleaning and sanitation standards.
Daily/Weekly/Monthly communication with the chef/owner.
