This role requires someone who can not only deliver top-notch customer service and sales support but also confidently handle basic cell phone and iPhone screen repairs. Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and sales assistance
Diagnose and repair common smartphone issues, especially iPhone screen repairs
Handle daily store operations with professionalism and care
Solve problems independently and efficiently
Build lasting customer relationships through honesty, knowledge, and quality work
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and selling skills are a must
Basic experience or knowledge of iPhone screen repairs and general mobile phone repairs
Prior repair experience is a plus, but not required if you’re comfortable with basic repairs
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a team-player mindset
