Position Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals with a California Real Estate License to join our team as Business Brokers. You do not need prior experience in real estate sales or property transactionsour training is focused on helping you become an expert in business sales, valuations, and financing strategies.

This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. Top business brokers regularly earn six figures and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Assist buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of businesses.
• Conduct business valuations and prepare marketing packages.
• Work with lenders to prequalify businesses for SBA financing.
• Network with business owners, investors, and professionals.
• Manage transactions from listing to closing.

Qualifications

• Active California Real Estate License (required).
• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Desire to learn and grow in the business brokerage field.
• Sales or business experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78, $94,760.14 per year
