Job Title: Broker Dealer Operations Associate

Location: NYC (hybrid)

Salary: $80k-115k + Bonus

The Broker Dealer Operations Associate will be responsible for:

• Facilitate daily movement of customer funds within the brokered sweep program and between company products
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and provide commentary for internal and external auditors
• Use and create algorithms to optimize fund distribution among bank partners and resolve any issues
• Communicate, calculate and settle monthly interested ensuring full reconciliation with program banks
• Assist in onboarding new banks, complete documentation accurately, and support vendor relationships

The Broker Dealer Operations Associate should have the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• Current holder of FIRNA series 99
• 2+ years' experience in operations of treasury roles at hedge funds, asset managers, or large banks
• Experience with USD payment systems and with cash/ fixed income products
