About the Role:

We’re looking for an energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassador to join our retail events team. This full-time position involves working inside popular retail stores, engaging with customers, and educating them on products and services that improve their everyday lives. If you enjoy talking to people and have a passion for helping others, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent Fine Line Marketing and our partners inside large retail locations
• Initiate conversations with shoppers to introduce products and services
• Deliver engaging, face-to-face product demonstrations
• Learn product info across the energy, utility, telecom, and tech industries
• Achieve individual sales goals and help the team meet performance targets
• Use a tablet to complete signups and process information
• Provide top-notch service and support to potential customers
• Collaborate with your team on campaign strategies and customer outreach
• Maintain organized records of sales activity and interactions

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college experience is a plus)
• 1–3 years of customer service, retail, or sales experience
• A natural people-person with strong communication skills
• Quick learner who can absorb detailed product knowledge
• Comfortable using tablets and performing basic math
• Reliable, self-driven, and team-oriented
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability (shifts end by 8 PM)
• Must have reliable transportation for local travel
