Sheridan Auto Body is currently seeking a skilled Body Shop Manager to oversee the operations of our body shop in Elsmere, DE.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the body shop
- Supervise staff and ensure quality work
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Estimate costs and timelines for repairs
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a management role in a body shop
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
