Job Description

**Job Title: Auto Dealership Controller**

**Location:** Las Vegas, NV

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Introduction:**
We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee our administrative operations and ensure smooth daily activities for our dealerships. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of dealership operations, and a dedication to providing excellent customer service. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative functions.
- Oversee accounting and financial reporting, including accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and monthly financial statements.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of the billing and title functions to ensure seamless operation across departments.
- Implement and maintain dealership policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and issues related to office administration.
- Develop and maintain schedules and reports related to dealership operations.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both employees and customers.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication, employee training, and team-building initiatives. Collaborate with the HR department to manage employee matters.
- Assist in recruitment, hiring, and training of administrative staff as needed. 
- Manage vendor relationships

**Qualifications: **

- Proven experience in office management or a similar role in the automotive dealership industry.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, accounting practices, and financial reporting.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in dealership management software (Reynolds Ignite is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.

**Education:**
- High school diploma.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CMA, Automotive Management Certification) are a plus.
