Your Role as an Auto Body Technician:
As a Body Shop Technician with First Student, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our fleet. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing automotive body repairs, including straightening bent bodies, removing dents, and replacing damaged parts.
- Documenting all repair and maintenance actions on work orders.
- Ensuring vehicle security and safety while in the shop.
- Providing written estimates of repairs when requested.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver's license.
- Must have your own tools.
- Auto Body & Collision Damage repair certificates preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in an auto body repair facility.
- ASE credentials preferred.
- Subject to DOT drug testing; compliance with DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 is required.
