Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Special Education, Education Technology, or a related field
• Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those requiring assistive technology
• Strong knowledge of various assistive devices and software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop individualized technology plans
• Previous experience in training staff and parents on assistive technology use

Location: San Bernardino, CA

Responsibilities:

• Assess student needs for assistive technology and recommend appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to implement technology plans
• Provide training and support to staff and students on the use of assistive devices and software
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of assistive technology solutions
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and technology assessments
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to discussions regarding student needs
