Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Special Education, Educational Technology, or related field
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in a school setting
- Strong understanding of assistive technology tools and their applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized technology plans
- Familiarity with various disabilities and their impact on learning
Location:
Responsibilities:
- Assess students' needs and recommend appropriate assistive technology solutions
- Provide training and support to students and staff on the use of assistive devices
- Collaborate with educators to integrate assistive technology into the classroom
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technology interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and technology usage
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
