Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor at our Staten Island, NY location. The Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are clean and maintained to the highest standards. Daily tasks include supervising housekeeping staff, managing laundry services, and providing excellent customer service to residents. Communication with team members and residents is essential to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills to manage and support the housekeeping team to assist the Director of Housekeeping
• Experience in Laundry and Housekeeping operations
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Prior experience in a healthcare or assisted living facility is a plus

Salary $20-$22 an hour based on qualifications and experience.
