Position Overview:
You will be out in the field, canvassing neighborhoods around our active job sites , engaging with homeowners, and setting warm, qualified appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Walk and canvas neighborhoods around active or recently completed projects
· Engage with homeowners, introduce our services, and generate interest
· Set qualified, warm appointments for our sales team to follow up on
· Track daily appointments and performance using a simple system
· Represent the company professionally and confidently
What We’re Looking For:
· Great communication and people skills
· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
· Comfortable walking and talking in residential neighborhoods
· Professional, positive, and coachable attitude
· Experience in sales, canvassing, or customer-facing roles
Compensation:
· Paid per appointment set – top performers earn $50,000–$80,000/year
· Weekly pay with bonus opportunities
· Flexible schedule – evenings and Saturdays often best for homeowner contact
· Training provided – no prior industry experience required
