What You’ll Do
- Represent global clients across a variety of industries before federal and foreign regulatory agencies.
- Draft complex pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
- Engage in agency outreach and advocacy efforts.
- Develop tailored antitrust compliance strategies, including those involving digital and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate closely with partners and senior litigators on headline-making cases.
