Wright Bros. Aero is seeking a dedicated Aircraft Mechanic with a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification to join our team. This position involves line maintenance for all airlines, ensuring they operate at peak performance. If you're a detail-oriented and skilled mechanic with a strong work ethic, we want you to be a part of our growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a diverse range of aircraft.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure aircraft safety and performance.
• Complete all work in compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance records for each aircraft.
• Work collaboratively with a team of aviation professionals to ensure timely and effective maintenance operations.

Qualifications:

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification is required.
• Previous experience with both airline and general aviation aircraft is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and components, with excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $26/hr, negotiable with experience
