We are a fast-paced, family-owned custom home builder seeking a highly organized, reliable, and motivated Administrative Assistant to support multiple departments across our company. This is a full-time, in-office position with significant opportunity for growth into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across Construction, Purchasing, Warranty, and Accounting departments
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic filing systems
- Handle regular errands (permit package deliveries, bank runs, office supply pickups, township drop-offs)
- Manage office and kitchen upkeep, including stocking supplies and dishwasher duties
- Support overall office operations and team needs with precision and professionalism
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Professional communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in the construction or real estate industries
- Interest in growing into a managerial/office lead role as the company expands
