We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic manufacturing team located in the Greater Philadelphia Region. • Respond to customer inquiries promptly while maintaining a high level of service.
• Coordinate communication between customers, shipping/receiving, sales, and other internal departments.
• Perform data entry tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records.
• Manage and update spreadsheets to support various administrative needs.
• Prepare invoices and assist with billing-related tasks.
• Handle additional projects and administrative duties as required.
Other requirements for the Administrative Assistant position include and are not limited to:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Comfortable working in a small, family-oriented office environment.
• Capable of managing high volumes of work and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic functions and data entry.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and JobBOSS is preferred but not mandatory.
• At least 1+ years of experience in administrative roles.
• Reliable and hardworking with a strong attention to detail.
