We are looking for a dedicated and personable Administrative Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Howell, New Jersey. This role involves supporting daily office operations, assisting residents, and ensuring the property remains welcoming and well-maintained. Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors, potential renters, and current residents with a friendly and attentive demeanor.
• Provide accurate information to prospective and existing residents, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed.
• Maintain organized property files and handle administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to coordinate work orders and resolve resident issues efficiently.
• Manage the waitlist, update records, and send out correspondence as needed.
• Conduct daily property tours to ensure the premises are clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Respond to email correspondence and manage data entry tasks with accuracy.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to perform administrative duties effectively.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned to support the team and property operations.• Friendly and outgoing personality with the ability to make others feel welcome.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• At least two years of relevant experience preferred; prior leasing experience considered an advantage.
